Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a manufacturing organization in Bloomington, Minnesota. This is a Contract position focused on managing recruitment activities from talent identification through offer coordination while partnering closely with hiring teams to meet staffing goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate recruiting, excels in high-volume environments, and uses modern applicant tracking tools to keep the hiring process organized and efficient.

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned openings, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through interview coordination and offer support.

- Build and maintain candidate pipelines by using targeted sourcing methods, networking channels, and job postings to attract talent with relevant experience.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting plans with business priorities.

- Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining consistent communication, timely follow-up, and a positive candidate experience.

- Track applicant activity within the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate recruiting records, workflow updates, and status reporting.

- Use Workday and related recruiting tools to organize requisitions, monitor progress, and support efficient movement of candidates through the hiring process.

- Screen applicants to evaluate experience, qualifications, and fit for corporate and operational roles within a manufacturing environment.

- Contribute to recruiting process improvements and support hiring-related changes or system updates as needed within day-to-day responsibilities. Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate or agency-supported environment.

- Demonstrated success sourcing candidates across multiple channels and building talent pipelines for active hiring needs.

- Experience managing high-volume recruitment workloads while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and comfort working within structured recruiting workflows.

- Hands-on experience using Workday for recruiting or talent acquisition activities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers.

- Background in corporate recruiting with the ability to assess candidates for a variety of roles.
