HR Program Manager​/Talent Management Consultant

Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Project Program Manager to support strategic people initiatives within a healthcare-focused organization in Bloomington, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will lead cross-functional HR programs that strengthen compliance, talent practices, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, a practical understanding of HR operations, and the ability to guide complex projects from planning through execution.

Responsibilities:

- Lead enterprise HR initiatives that align people strategies with organizational goals and operational needs.

- Coordinate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

- Develop and refine HR policies and programs to support compliance, consistency, and best practices across the organization.

- Drive organizational development efforts that enhance team performance, workforce planning, and leadership capability.

- Oversee change management activities for HR projects, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and adoption support.

- Manage talent-focused programs such as succession planning, employee development, and broader workforce effectiveness initiatives.

- Use SharePoint and other tools to organize project documentation, track progress, and maintain visibility into key deliverables.

- Monitor project risks, resolve issues proactively, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.

- Partner with people managers to implement solutions that improve employee experience, team effectiveness, and program execution.

Requirements - 7+ years of experience managing HR projects, programs, or related people initiatives.

- Demonstrated background in organizational development, people management, and program leadership.

- Strong knowledge of HR policy development, compliance practices, and workforce-related processes.

- Experience leading talent management initiatives, including succession planning and employee development efforts.

- Proficiency with SharePoint and project tracking methods used to support collaboration and reporting.

- Ability to lead change management efforts across cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholder groups.

- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills in complex organizational environments.
