The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) is seeking an individual to join our Human Resources (HR) team as a business partner to assist in building and developing our Minneapolis Veterans Home's team.

As a HR Business Partner, you would:

+ Coordinate and complete full-cycle recruitment and staffing processes in collaboration with hiring supervisors, HR staff and others;

+ Research, analyze and document requests to establish new positions and re-classify vacant and occupied positions, in accordance with established job classification policies and procedures;

+ Advise managers, supervisors and employees on a wide range of employment laws and policies to ensure consistency and compliance; and

+ Assist with other duties and projects.
