Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Contract Duration: 12-months

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Hardware Fulfillment & Inventory Specialist

• Fulfill hardware requests for non-retail tech devices including picking, configuring, tracking, and shipping hardware to support store and corporate operations
• Maintain and manage inventory with a high level of accuracy, including tracking, reconciliation, and warranty processing
• Apply firmware and configure devices to ensure readiness for deployment
• Communicate with internal teams and store contacts to understand hardware issues and provide clear, timely support
• Operate within inventory systems and provide systematic reporting to track movement and condition of hardware
• Support a variety of technology platforms including POS, mobile devices, and security hardware

What you’ll bring to the Hardware Fulfillment & Inventory Specialist role

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage inventory data with accuracy
• Experience using inventory management systems and working within a fulfillment or warehouse environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with business partners
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• Interest in learning about evolving technologies and hardware platforms
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 25 lbs or more
• Nice to have: familiarity with Service Now, Excel, SharePoint, and a technical degree or background in a corporate environment
