Ready to own the roadmap for high‑impact technology platforms? We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the delivery of transaction‑heavy, workflow‑driven solutions across Fin Tech, Insur Tech, Legal Tech, and other regulated platforms. Influence product strategy, shape end‑to‑end experiences, and drive features that make a real difference.

CompensationSalary: $100k–$130k/yr + bonus

Roles & Responsibilities- Drive the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for assigned features or platform modules, from discovery and strategy to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize the product backlog for high‑value initiatives.
- Conduct discovery and research activities, including customer interviews, surveys, and A/B testing, to inform decisions.
- Analyze product performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend enhancements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure timely delivery and clear communication.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive high‑quality, timely releases.
- 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally in technology platforms, SaaS, or digital workflows.
- Experience defining and delivering features with measurable user and business impact.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Experience with prototyping or design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in regulated, transaction‑heavy, or workflow‑driven platforms (Fin Tech, Insur Tech, Legal Tech, or similar) is highly desirable.
