Analyst Intermediate

Purpose of Job

The Applications Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise software applications to meet business needs. This role acts as a liaison between end-users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure the applications run smoothly and efficiently.

• Administer and support core business applications, ensuring stability and user satisfaction for our non-clinical or clinical business partners.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot application issues, resolving or escalating as needed.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for system improvements, application upgrades or migrations.
• Configure and test system changes or upgrades and validate testing with end users.
• Lead the development of new implementations and app upgrades while partnering with Senior Application Analysts and end users.
• Partner with the project sponsor, IT peers and cross functional team members from assessment to completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of complex IT environment experience
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager or Project Manager

• Ability to meet and maintain the necessary background checks as aligned with position functions.
• Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence to complete job functions as mentioned above.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
• Highly skilled in incorporating successful interviewing, facilitation and documentation techniques within a project.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly developed problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to partner with technical and non‑technical staff as well as third‑party vendors to deliver effective results.
• Strong ability to see business needs from the user point of view and translate those needs into a technical solution.

• Healthcare IT experience.
• Experience working with EMR, ERP, or other third‑party ancillary applications.
