IT Business Analyst

Overview

I’m partnering with a longtime, high-end retail client (certified B-Corp) that’s making a key hire on their Business Systems team. This IT Business Analyst role has a strong project management focus and is highly visible across the organization. You’ll partner closely with HR and Marketing as the company continues to modernize and evolve its technology landscape, it’s a great opportunity to make real impact.

• Serve as a bridge between HR/Marketing and IT with strong communication skills.
• Collaborate with HRIS and LMS systems as part of modernization efforts.
• Support application lifecycle management, project management, vendor management, backlog management & prioritization, and team operations and delivery.

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong communication skills; experience serving as a bridge between HR and/or Marketing and IT.
• Experience with HRIS and LMS systems strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of: application lifecycle management, project management, vendor management, backlog management & prioritization, team operations and delivery support.
