We're Actively Seeking Qualified Candidates For The Following Position:
Sr IT Business Analyst with Cloud Experience. Contract Role. W2 only. No C2C.

Location:

Hybrid 3 days per week in office. Possible Office Locations:
Duluth GA;
San Antonio TX;
Minneapolis, MN. Possible remote for a proven candidate with the key skills. Pay rate:
Up to $65/hr (DOQ).

• Business Analyst (BA) needs to bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders by analyzing data, business processes, and systems to recommend solutions for improved efficiency and profitability.
• Gather requirements, document processes, and support project implementation. Require strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Requirements Gathering:
  Work with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and functional requirements.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  Analyze large datasets, market trends, and financial reports using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to provide actionable insights.
• Process Improvement:
  Evaluate current operational procedures and systems to identify areas for optimization.
• Solution Evaluation:
  Assess feasibility and impact of proposed solutions, such as new software or workflow changes.
• Communication & Liaison:
  Act as a bridge between technical teams (IT) and business units to ensure project goals are met.
• Project Support:
  Assist in project management, planning, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery.

• Education Required:

• Years’ Experience
  
  Required:
  
  3-5 years (at least).
• Experience includes:
  Connecting business requirements and data with use cases to improve products, processes, and services; collaborating with BRM, business stakeholders, and IT Product Owners/Managers to develop and document business requirements for product or system changes.
• Must be able to adapt to changes and manage uncertainty.
• Must consistently and accurately create, collect, organize, and catalog business processes/flow documentation.
• Technical familiarity: ACD, IVR, CTI, Cloud Telephony Technology; understanding systems and software concepts; familiarity with data analysis tools and data modeling methodologies.
