ServiceNow Engineer

The Service Now Engineer will be responsible for the development and customization of a shared Service Now instance, primarily supporting the transportation line of business—specifically freight and fleet management.

The role involves working extensively within the Customer Service Management (CSM) module, with a strong emphasis on new development, custom workflows, and customer-facing/internal portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom workflows in Service Now to meet business requirements.
• Lead development efforts with a strong focus on Service Now customizations.
• Build net new Service Now components including portals, pages, and widgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure development aligns with business needs and standards.
• Manage and maintain the CSM module functionality and extend its capabilities as needed.
• Support both customer-facing and internal Service Now portals.

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on Service Now development experience.
• Experience developing and managing custom Service Now workflows.
• Direct experience with Service Now modules (CSM preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in net new Service Now development beyond basic configuration.

• Prior development experience specifically within the CSM (Customer Service Management) module.
• Experience working on Service Now instances supporting transportation, logistics, or fleet management businesses.
