Job Title: Financial/Banking Technical Program Manager with Jira, MPP
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Day 1 onsite, 3 days office)
Key Areas: Technical Program management, Microsoft Project (MPP), JIRA, Banking/Financial, matrixed or enterprise scale environments
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience
- 10 years of experience in project or program management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MPP) and JIRA.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects in parallel.
- Experience managing project budgets, financials, and billing.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
- Experience working in matrixed or enterprise‑scale environments.
- Background in technology or product development programs.
