Responsibilities
  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations
  • Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, partners, and colleagues
  • Provide feedback to product management on enhancements that address customer needs
  • Participate in marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
  • Proficiency with the cloud software solutions, particularly the Service Now platform
  • Collaborative experience with product management, marketing, partners, and services
  • Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI-powered tools and automating workflows
  • Familiarity with competitive analysis and market differentiation
  • Proven ability to share best practices and reusable assets to enhance team efficiency
