Position: Process and SOP Specialist New

Overview

At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
    Create, review, and update SOPs to ensure they reflect current practices and regulatory requirements, supporting onboarding, job aids, knowledge-based articles, and training
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency. Work with management to resource and implement approved concepts
  • Documentation Management:
    Maintain organized and accessible documentation for all processes and SOPs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to utilize Enterprise-approved tools and repositories for document and policy management.
  • Support:
    Provide support to team members on new and updated processes and SOPs
  • Compliance Monitoring:
    Ensure all processes and SOPs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Performance Reporting:
    Prepare and present reports on SOP compliance and process performance to senior management. Ensure SOPs are aligned with goals and KPIs of operational teams
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Required:

    Proven experience in process management and SOP development
  • Advanced writing ability to translate workflows into clear, structured SOPs and guidance documents
  • Strong organizational and document management skills
  • Excellent communication and training abilities
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience mentoring or training new employees, with a focus on ensuring a clear understanding of procedures from a new user perspective
  • Previous experience within medical device (DME) or the healthcare industry
