Hybrid onsite contract opportunity for an experience SharePoint Developer.
Client requirements- Local to Minneapolis/St, Paul area - hybrid onsite
We’re looking for experienced SharePoint Online Contractor local to the Twin Cities area to lead end-to-end SharePoint conversion projects across internal departments. This includes modern site design, migrations from on-prem/file shares, automation, and driving user adoption.
Each contractor will manage their own SharePoint conversion initiative.
Key Responsibilities- Design and architect modern SharePoint Online sites and hub structures
- Define metadata, content types, and taxonomy; guide users away from folder-based models
- Build workflows and apps using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Plan and execute migrations from on-prem SharePoint or file shares
- Integrate SharePoint with Teams and One Drive
- Gather requirements and partner with non-technical stakeholders
- Support change management, adoption, and documentation
- 3–5+ years of SharePoint Online design and implementation experience
- Proven success with migrations and automation projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience driving user adoption and managing change

The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $55.00 - $70.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. The final rate will be determined by factors such as experience, market trends, and specific job assignments.
