Responsibilities:

• Design and implement infrastructure architecture roadmaps
• Lead infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations and system upgrades
• Oversee networking, server, storage, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMware, Cisco)
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to align tech with goals
• Ensure compliance with security standards (NIST, ISO) and manage disaster recovery
• Manage vendors and procurement of infrastructure solutions
• Mentor junior team members and enforce infrastructure best practices

Skills/Must Have:

• 8+ years in IT infrastructure; 3+ in architecture or senior engineering roles
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure (or GCP), VMware, Cisco
• Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, storage, and hybrid environments
• Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO, NIST) and DR planning
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary:

• $140,000 – $170,000 (depending on experience)
