Disaster Recovery IT, IT Consultant
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Resiliency Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely or at a designated site, supporting enterprise disaster recovery initiatives.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and enhance disaster recovery plans for critical applications and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate disaster recovery requirements.
- Analyze interdependencies between applications and platforms to determine recovery needs.
- Support disaster recovery testing, documentation, and program improvements.
- Contribute to the design of disaster recovery technologies and cloud-based recovery strategies.
- Assist in coordination and documentation during actual disaster events.
- Refine disaster recovery processes, guidelines, and program documentation.
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on disaster recovery.
- Strong knowledge of UNIX, Windows, application, web, database technologies, storage, and cloud environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training/certification.
- Experience in large enterprises or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with cloud recovery solutions (AWS, Azure).
- Relevant disaster recovery or business continuity certifications (e.g., ITIL, CBCP, DRII).

The pay range for this role is $19 - $45 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
