Sr Resiliency Anlyst

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Resiliency Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely or at a designated site, supporting enterprise disaster recovery initiatives.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance disaster recovery plans for critical applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate disaster recovery requirements.
• Analyze interdependencies between applications and platforms to determine recovery needs.
• Support disaster recovery testing, documentation, and program improvements.
• Contribute to the design of disaster recovery technologies and cloud-based recovery strategies.
• Assist in coordination and documentation during actual disaster events.
• Refine disaster recovery processes, guidelines, and program documentation.

• 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on disaster recovery.
• Strong knowledge of UNIX, Windows, application, web, database technologies, storage, and cloud environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training/certification.

• Experience in large enterprises or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with cloud recovery solutions (AWS, Azure).
• Relevant disaster recovery or business continuity certifications (e.g., ITIL, CBCP, DRII).

The pay range for this role is $19 - $45 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
