Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced 7 to 11 years plus Sapiens Policy Pro Configurator to lead configuration and integration efforts for complex insurance policy systems <
The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Sapiens Policy Pro implementation projects strong technical skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross functional teams< < <
Key Responsibilities:

Lead configuration activities across product coverage action configuration formulae configuration and interface configuration within Sapiens Policy Pro Drive end-to-end implementation of Sapiens Policy Pro projects ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards Collaborate with stakeholders to review requirements estimate work effort and provide technical guidance Conduct design and code reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables Troubleshoot and resolve production defects in Policy Pro efficiently<
Ensure compliance with application maintenance and development documentation standards<
Work closely with client teams and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs<
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development processes<
Be available for 24x7 support shifts as required for critical production environments< < <
Primary
Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Sapiens Policy Pro configuration and implementation<
Expertise in Microservices and REST API based integrations with Sapiens Policy modules<
Solid understanding of Sapiens Policy Pro data model and proficiency in Oracle DB<
Minimum 7 to 11 years of software programming development experience with ability to work independently<
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies< < <
Secondary Skill's:< <
Experience with BPM or Mule Soft integration tools  Soft Skill's:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong insurance domain knowledge
* Ability to engage effectively with client stakeholders and internal teams<
* Proactive approach to requirement review and effort estimation<
