The Advanced Research Associate is responsible for executing experiments and producing batches of low to moderate complexity. This role independently prioritizes work, analyzes data, drafts SOPs, troubleshoots technical issues, and ensures laboratory and equipment functionality. The position collaborates across groups and contributes to process improvements while maintaining high-quality standards.

** Independently troubleshoot issues based on prior experience. QUALIFICATIONS

* Education and Experience:

** Requires a master’s degree with up to 2 years of relevant experience  Or, a bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience;
Or, an associate degree with 7 or more years of relevant experience
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
** Strong technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot routine issues. Knowledge of multiple laboratory processes or products. Skills in problem-solving and critical thinking. Ability to act independently on routine assignments. Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
