You will define and execute the ecosystem marketing strategy for Arc and Circle’s broader onchain platform, serving as the primary driver of narrative, positioning, and demand generation across institutions and developers. You will identify high-potential builder segments and ecosystem opportunities, shape messaging that bridges DeFi-native innovation with institutional requirements, and ensure Arc’s most important launches and ecosystem moments land with clarity and impact.

Through close partnership with Product, Developer Relations, BD, and Communities, you will translate real-time ecosystem insight into refined GTM strategy, improved developer experience, and expanded adoption of Circle’s infrastructure, stable coins, and blockchain technology.

• Define and evolve Arc’s ecosystem narrative, positioning Circle as the full-stack platform for the internet financial system
• Build and execute full-funnel ecosystem marketing strategies that accelerate adoption across enterprises, fintechs, SMB platforms, and independent builders
• Translate complex onchain and DeFi concepts into institutionally accessible messaging and engagement models
• Identify and prioritize high-impact protocols, builders, and ecosystem opportunities in collaboration with BD and Developer Relations
• Lead integrated launch strategies for Arc milestones, ecosystem programs, and major onchain initiatives
• Partner with Developer Relations and Community to amplify grants, incentives, incubators, and adoption programs
• Establish feedback loops with developers and protocol teams to inform product roadmap and GTM evolution
• Represent Circle and Arc externally at conferences, panels, industry events, and in thought leadership content

• 10+ years of experience in ecosystem marketing, product marketing, growth, developer platforms, fintech, or blockchain infrastructure
• Proven experience building or scaling a developer or platform ecosystem across multiple audience segments
• Strong understanding of DeFi, onchain ecosystems, and blockchain primitives
• Experience translating technical innovation into narratives that resonate with both institutional and crypto-native audiences
• Demonstrated success driving full-funnel marketing strategy tied to measurable adoption and usage growth
• Experience influencing product direction through ecosystem insight and cross-functional collaboration
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort serving as an external spokesperson

• Experience marketing a Layer 1 or Layer 2 blockchain
• Experience working directly with protocol teams and early-stage builders
• Background in stable coins, programmable money, or financial infrastructure
• Existing network within crypto-native and fintech ecosystems

Base Pay Range: $200,000 - $257,500
