Medspira is a small and growing medical device company serving the gastroenterology market.
We have an immediate need for this important on-site role.
ResponsibilitiesA much broader role than just IT technical support, this role is to provide support to Customer Service, Internal Users, Materials Management, and Quality by fielding technical customer service issues including troubleshooting; supporting internal IT network, hardware and software needs; performing product preparation, packing, and shipping activities; and performing remote and in-person customer product training. This is not purely an IT Service role.
Qualifications- A+, CCT, CCNA, ITF+, ITIL, 365, other standard IT certification or 3 years of Information Technology support experience preferred. Technical degree preferred, not required.
- Strong capabilities managing Active Directory and other Windows configuration skills.
- Medical device/software support or training preferred, not required.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to read, understand and consistently follow process instructions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively translate ideas, concepts, and information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work is performed in office and warehouse environments requiring periods of sitting, working at a computer, conversing in person and by phone, standing, physical activity and lifting up to 30 pounds.
