AI Architect

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an AI Architect to join their team! This position is remote CST or EST.

• Architect AI/ML solutions that align with enterprise goals, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration with existing systems
• Define the strategic direction for AI initiatives, selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and methodologies
• Lead the design and development of advanced AI models and intelligent systems, guiding cross‑functional teams through implementation
• Oversee the deployment and operationalization of AI/ML models into production environments, ensuring reliability and maintainability
• Advise stakeholders on the application of AI technologies to solve complex business problems and create competitive advantage
• Mentor technical teams in AI/ML best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
• Evaluate emerging AI research, tools, and trends to inform technology roadmaps and maintain a cutting‑edge approach
• Collaborate with business and technical leaders to translate strategic objectives into AI‑driven solutions and actionable insights
• Ensure team practices, tools, and development processes remain current with emerging AI technologies and research by evaluating advancements and integrating relevant innovations into workflows

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of Architect experience
• A technical generalist who understands how systems, data, and AI applications work together
• Comfortable moving between architecture strategy, data science concepts, and business translation
• Strong collaborator who thrives in matrixed, cross‑functional environments

The approximate pay range for this position starting at $145,000- $185,000
. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
