** you will contribute significantly to our Technology Implementation Consulting team with your expertise in the Expere product and by engaging in advanced technology tasks, providing technical insights, and ensuring the successful integration of solutions for our  this role, you will report to the Associate Director, Technology Implementation Consulting.

** Responsibilities:*
* • Lead advanced system configuration projects.  
• Coordinate comprehensive data migration activities.  
• Execute detailed and systematic software testing protocols.  
• Deliver substantial client training and create user manuals.  
• Maintain and enhance project documentation.  
• Handle escalated troubleshooting and complex issue resolution.  
• Support project planning and scope definition.  
• Provide consulting insights on technology optimization.  
• Facilitate client workshops and training sessions.  
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
