Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.

• Integrate various data sources, including survey data, operational data, and behavior data to identify trends and opportunities to improve experience
• Work with Voice of Customer (e.g., NOS, customer effort) and identify actionable insights from the data to drive improvements
• Conduct advanced survey analytics, such as regressing analysis, cluster analysis, or factor analysis
• Develop analytic solutions to optimize customer experience measurement
• Design and build reports and dashboards that enable business teams to understand key customer metrics and trends
• Develop customer segmentations/personas

• Experience with journey maps and journey analytics is a plus
• Experience with website analytics is a plus
• Power BI experience
• Adobe Web Analytics experience
• Alteryx experience
• Excel experience

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
