We are searching for a Business Analyst (Non-IT) on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) The person will provide subject matter expertise for SAP S/4
HANA, specifically within the FICA module. Responsibilities include reviewing and providing recommendations on key design artifacts, technical artifacts, and business process designs; supporting configuration of billing and invoicing processes; and helping standardize and redesign processes as part of a Greenfield SAP implementation.
Location:
Hybrid. Primary locations include Minnesota and Colorado (Denver/T3 building).
- On-site attendance is expected for workshops, generally Tuesday–Thursday, with flexibility based on project needs.

- This is a Greenfield SAP S/4
HANA implementation using the latest SAP technology; exposure to complex utility operations; collaboration with major system integrators and third-party partners; and a long-term contract opportunity with potential extensions. - Attendance at regular stand-up meetings; participation in workshops (on-site as required); completing follow-up work, reviews, and deliverables from workshops remotely; collaborating closely with internal business counterparts and system integrators; and supporting SAP-related questions as the team progresses through implementation phases.
- The day-to-day working team is fewer than 10 people. The contractor will also interact with broader internal stakeholders and external third parties such as payment providers and system integrators.

- Candidates are expected to have prior hands-on SAP implementation experience.

- Standard core business hours, Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Occasional work outside standard hours may be required depending on project phase.
- Approximately 10+ years of relevant SAP implementation experience, with at least two implementations.
- SAP S/4
HANA experience (required) - Utility industry experience (required)
- Experience with at least two SAP implementations (Greenfield or Brownfield)
- Billing and invoicing process configuration in SAP
- Certifications are not required but preferred, including SAP Activate or SAP FICA module certifications.
- ABAP development experience is a nice-to-have but not required.
- Ability to work in a multi-vendor environment; collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $91.00/hr. to $96.00 /hr.
