Data Analyst, Data Science Manager, Digital Marketing
What is the opportunity?
As the Marketing Analytics & AI Analyst, you’ll execute data-driven strategies and AI-powered solutions to optimize marketing performance. Working closely with the Marketing Analytics & AI Manager, you’ll analyze campaign data, implement AI tools, and deliver insights that fuel business growth. This role blends technical execution with creative problem-solving, supporting both day-to-day analytics and cutting-edge AI initiatives.
What will you do?AI Execution & Support
- Implement AI-driven workflows using predefined prompt libraries, enhancing content creation and campaign analysis.
- Assist in training marketing teams on AI tools, ensuring adoption and adherence to governance standards.
- Monitor AI-generated outputs for accuracy, bias, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Analyze marketing campaign data (e.g., email, SEM, social) to identify trends, optimize performance, and recommend improvements.
- Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to track KPIs and provide real‑time insights.
- Build a practice to execute A/B testing, attribution modeling, and marketing mix modeling (MMM) to quantify campaign impact.
- Collaborate with consumer and product marketing managers to ensure data-driven decision-making at every stage.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Develop visualizations and reports to communicate findings to marketing and executive teams.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with governance policies.
Must-Have
- 3–5 years in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
- Hands‑on experience with analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Adobe Analytics) and AI platforms (e.g., GenAI tools).
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and attribution modeling.
- Proficiency in data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and dashboard creation.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, marketing, computer science, or a quantitative field.
You’ll be at the forefront of executing AI-driven marketing strategies, turning data into actionable insights that optimize campaigns and enhance customer engagement. Your work will directly support the team’s ability to innovate and scale efficiently.

The expected salary range for this position is 55,000– 95,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions, and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
