VALERE is seeking a UKG Administrator for our Municipality client. This role will support the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of UKG Telestaff and Workforce Management (WFM) modules. The ideal candidate will ensure system integrity, maintain compliance, provide end-user support, and lead enhancements that improve workforce operations.

• Administer and configure UKG Telestaff and WFM modules to meet organizational needs
• Maintain user access, security roles, and system workflows
• Ensure data security by managing user permissions according to best practices and policies
• Oversee system integrations with internal HR and payroll systems
• Perform manual data imports, exports, and updates between UKG and other systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users
• Escalate issues to UKG support when necessary and ensure timely resolution
• Create and generate customized reports (time and attendance, payroll, compliance, etc.)
• Assist with audits and maintain compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal controls
• Recommend system improvements and upgrades in collaboration with internal teams
• Lead implementation of UKG product updates, new features, and best practices
• Test system upgrades and enhancements to ensure alignment with business needs
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to key personnel

• Experience administering UKG Telestaff and Workforce Management (WFM) modules
• Strong knowledge of time and attendance configuration including pay policies, employment terms, work codes, and hiring rules
• Experience managing user security roles, workflows, and system permissions
• Understanding of HRIS and payroll system integrations
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support end users
• Experience creating customized reports and supporting compliance audits
• Strong documentation and training skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment

Your specific rate will depend on your qualifications, education, certifications, location, and how well your experience aligns with the client's requirements.
