Overview
The Business Analyst - ERP is responsible for supporting and evolving the organization's JD Edwards (JDE) ERP environment, ensuring system functionality aligns with business requirements and long‑term technical strategy. This senior level role requires deep ERP expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Support ERP systems with a strong focus on aligning application functionality to business needs
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across the ERP environment and related integrations
- Design and document the ERP technical roadmap and system architecture
- Identify issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and recommend sustainable solutions
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Design and improve business processes using industry best practices
- Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and standards
- Work across multiple JD Edwards modules
- Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to end users and stakeholders
- Assist with implementation and support of enterprise scheduling and time‑reporting system interfaces (UKG/Kronos)
- Perform simple programming updates to JDE applications and UBEs
- Stay current on ERP technologies and anticipate future system needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Expert‑level business analysis experience in ERP environments
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Solid understanding of business processes and system support
- Advanced SQL skills for analysis and troubleshooting
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience supporting and maintaining JD Edwards applications

- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience
Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsPay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
