Data Solutions Architect - Police Data Systems

Project OverviewSolutions Architect - Police Data Systems
Location:
Minneapolis, MN (Onsite/Hybrid) Duration: 12 months Project Overview Design data models, dashboard architecture, and integration patterns for Settlement Agreement compliance dashboards.
- Design data models for use of force, stops/searches, OIS, and discipline reporting per Settlement Agreement paragraphs 377-381
- Map data sources across Central Square (CAD), Versaterm, Smartsheet, Benchmark Analytics, and Axon systems
- Architect dashboard solutions using Tableau, Esri, and Power
BI platforms (City-provided) - Design data quality frameworks and auditing analytics
- Create technical specifications for compliance dashboards
- Mentor MPD analysts on architecture decisions and design patterns
- Document architecture to government audit trail standards
- 10+ years experience in data architecture and analytics platform design
- Strong SQL Server experience (query optimization, stored procedures, views)
- Experience with Tableau architecture and dashboard design
- Experience integrating data from multiple disparate systems
- Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
- Experience with public safety or law enforcement data systems
- Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS for interactive mapping
- Power
BI experience - Knowledge of CJIS security requirements
