- Deliver customer training and demonstrations, including building simple demo reports to help customers understand system outputs and post implementation results.  - Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members within a pod-based delivery model, contributing to shared project goals and supporting other pod roles as needed.  Collaboration & Work Environment  - Operate within a highly collaborative pod structure, partnering with defined roles across implementation, product, and operations teams.

- Balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment where daily activities may vary based on project needs, customer requirements, and internal initiatives.  - Maintain a strong focus on communication, teamwork, and accountability to ensure successful project outcomes.
