Penetration Tester

Our client, a leading organization in information security and technology infrastructure, is seeking a Penetration Tester to join their dynamic team. As a Penetration Tester, you will be part of the Cybersecurity Department supporting the Global Red Team operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Design and execute comprehensive adversarial testing campaigns against AI models, including large language models, multimodal systems, and autonomous agents.
• Research attack vectors and prompt injection techniques to identify vulnerabilities, jailbreaks, and unintended behaviors in AI systems.
• Conduct red team exercises simulating real-world deployment scenarios and edge cases to evaluate security posture.
• Collaborate with security teams and developers to perform red teaming activities, document findings, and recommend remediation strategies.
• Create adversarial datasets and benchmarks to assess model robustness under various attack conditions.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in penetration testing or red team operations.
• Degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience.
• Background in AI red teaming, web application penetration testing, or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence and understanding of AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and networking.
• Proficiency with testing tools such as SPLX, Garak, Text Attack, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus, Cobalt Strike, NMAP, sqlmap, or similar tools.
