• Lead requirements gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Perform data profiling, analytics, and interpret complex financial data to support decision‑making processes.
• Own the end‑to‑end requirements analysis lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals and compliance standards.
• Document data and process flows, including data lineage, metadata, and controls, to ensure data integrity and transparency.
• Collaborate effectively within Agile Scrum and Kanban environments to drive process improvements and coordinate work efforts.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management.
• Strong expertise working with financial data, performing data profiling, and analytics.
• Proficiency in relational databases, SQL (joins, unions, subqueries), and interpreting pseudo‑SQL logic.
• Experience with Mongo

  SQL data models, and JSON structures.
• Ability to document data and process flows, coordinate efforts, and work effectively in Agile environments.
