Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in performance marketing, understands the evolving search & AI landscape, paid and organic social media marketing, and stays ahead of industry shifts. You will work with our Minneapolis team to deliver measurable growth for our clients while helping bring innovative digital thinking across the agency.

As a key member of our digital team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing integrated digital strategies aligned to client growth goals
- Leading SEO technical audits, keyword research, content strategy, and ongoing optimization
- Monitoring algorithm updates and AI-driven search behavior changes
- Managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across major platforms
- Aligning paid and organic strategies to maximize visibility and performance
- Managing budgets and proactively flagging pacing and performance issues
- Staying at the forefront of AI tools and automation platforms
- Bringing proactive innovation recommendations to leadership and clients
- Assisting with media plan documentation and budget tracking
- Organizing assets and ensuring proper trafficking of creative
- Maintaining campaign documentation and performance records
- Supporting analytical reporting compilation and formatting
- Assisting with client-ready presentations and recaps
- Collaborating closely with Account and Creative teams on timelines and deliverables
- 3–7+ years of digital marketing experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong, hands-on SEO expertise
- Proven success managing multi-channel paid media campaigns
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing workflows
- Ability to work within platforms such as Google Analytics, , Meta Ad Manager, etc.
- Highly organized, motivated, kind team player
