• Design Service Now security schema.
• Design, develop, and support directional integrations between Service Now and security tools.
• Develop scripted REST API.
• Design, develop and configure ACL for tables, fields, and records, based on business requirements.
• Experience in integration with identity and access management applications.
• Experience in Integration Hub spokes with security controls and error handling.
• Manage and secure MID Servers used for integrations.
• Able to design and maintain flows related to security integrations.
• Automate compliance workflows.
• Knowledge of predictive threat intelligence, vulnerability scanners and SOAR platforms.
• Service Now development and administration.
• Experience in CMDB and CSDM.
• Fundamentals on discovery to understand IP-based discoveries.
• Generic industry-related standards and compliance.
• Platform analytics for KPI and metrics.
• Service Now Integration Hub (P3 - Advanced).
