UKG Pro Timekeeping and Payroll Project Manager Consultant—12+ months
. Lead the MN Phase 2 implementation of UKG Pro Timekeeping, managing day-to-day project activities, deliverables, timelines, and coordination with functional and technical SMEs across HR, Payroll, IT, and MN operations. Collaborate closely with the Program Manager, who retains responsibility for overarching program alignment across UKG Pro, Infor GHR, and Shift Wizard. The PM will ensure project-level coordination, while escalating cross-system dependencies or risks to the Program Manager for resolution at the program level.
Work in partnership with the Shift Wizard PM and Infor GHR leads to identify, communicate, and track shared dependencies, ensuring that integration points and sequencing requirements are visible and well-understood without owning responsibility for program-wide orchestration. Execute all standard project management responsibilities per the Client's IT PMO methodology, including requirements gathering, discovery sessions, scope definition, project planning, RAID management, status reporting, testing coordination, cutover planning, and stakeholder communication.
Support testing readiness and execution by coordinating UKG Pro test scenarios, scripts, results, and defect tracking, while collaborating with other PMs to understand cross-system impacts. Maintain comprehensive project documentation— including schedules, decisions, risks, and deliverable tracking—primarily in Smartsheet or similar tools.
