IT Project Manager, Systems Administrator, IT Consultant

We are looking for someone to oversee and lead Coremark Metal’s IT operations while remaining hands-on with technical systems, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient infrastructure, networks, and support services. This role combines leadership with hands-on technical involvement, mentoring the IT team while managing budgets, vendors, and projects, and collaborating with business leaders to deliver practical technology solutions aligned with strategic goals.
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
SALARY: $100,000-$125,000+, commensurate with experience and education.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned.
- Oversee daily IT operations, including infrastructure, systems, and support.
- Develop and manage IT budgets and purchases, vendor relationships, and strategic planning.
- Implement, maintain, and secure IT systems to support performance, compliance, and recoverability.
- Develop and manage IT projects, delivering timely results aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, develop and manage the IT team, fostering growth and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand needs and provide solutions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years in IT, with 2-5 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven experience in network administration, systems security, and data management.
- Strong leadership and personal integrity with a positive, collaborative, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with users in different roles and with varying skillsets.
- Visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and use a keyboard and computer.

- Epicor Kinetic ERP
- Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL Queries, SSRS)
- VMWare, Microsoft Server, Cisco
- PCI Compliance
