** The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**## As a
** Marketing Technology Specialist**, you will have Digital Experience and Marketing Automation responsibilities for the Drinking Water Filtration business and bring the
** Aqua-Pure Water Filtration
** brand to life through our digital platforms. As a Marketing Technology Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:* ## Leading digital experience delivery by translating global requirements into UX/UI solutions, creating wireframes/prototypes (Figma), and implementing experiences in
** Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)**.* ## Driving global web experience initiatives through strong project management, ensuring on-time/on-budget execution and alignment to broader digital strategy.* ## Owning marketing automation strategy and execution, including campaign architecture, build, launch, and optimization to improve performance.* ## Managing marketing automation operations including data hygiene, list segmentation, and lead management processes in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
* ## Partnering with marketing teams, enterprise marketing technology teams, and developers to define objectives, requirements, and key deliverables across marketing automation and owned web properties.## ##
** Your Skills and Expertise**## To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:* ## Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Seven (7) years of combined experience in UX Design, Digital Experience/Strategy, and Marketing Automation strategy and execution##
** OR*** ## High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Eleven (11) years of combined experience in UX Design, Digital Experience/Strategy, and Marketing Automation strategy and execution##
