We are currently looking to hire a Senior Project Manager - CPQ Implementation for a large multinational manufacturing company. This project is scheduled to be kicked off in late June 2023 and is expected to be a multi-year engagement.

Job Summary:

Senior Project Manager is expected to have extensive experience in managing product Configuration, Pricing, and Quoting (CPQ) implementation projects for large manufacturing customers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex CPQ projects, leading cross-functional teams, 3rd party vendors, and collaborating with customers and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end CPQ implementation projects for large manufacturing customers, from project planning to deployment.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and communicate them effectively to all stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets, resources, and risks, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, testers, and other stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure project success, manage expectations, and resolve issues and conflicts.
• Manage project communication, including status reporting, issue tracking, and change management, and ensure timely and accurate reporting to all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices, standards, and methodologies, and continuously improve project management processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years of experience in managing CPQ implementation projects for large manufacturing customers.
• Experience in managing large-scale implementation in a highly matrixed environment.
• Experience in working in a Hybrid Agile project environment is necessary.
• Experience with CPQ software solutions, such as Configit, Oracle Configurator, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or other similar products.
• Experience in managing projects with extensive Data migration, Integrations, and Reporting required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows, including sales, engineering, and production.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
• Project management certifications, such as PMP or Agile, are a plus.
