broadhead is looking for an Associate Social Media Director who leads modern, social-first thinking across paid and organic ecosystems. This role sits at the center of strategy, creative and media, shaping work that is culturally sharp, performance-driven and built for how people actually use platforms today.
You will partner with internal teams and clients to turn business challenges into integrated social programs that drive measurable growth. You will lead sophisticated paid and organic ecosystems that work together as one cohesive system.

What You’ll Do- Lead insight-driven, social-first strategies across campaigns, launches and always-on programs
- Define integrated paid and organic ecosystems that build brand and drive measurable performance
- Shape audience strategy, content pillars, channel roles and amplification plans
- Guide platform mix, targeting, creative testing and optimization in partnership with media and performance teams
- Translate data into clear insights that strengthen creative and improve business results
- Collaborate with social creative to ensure ideas are platform-native, culturally fluent and built to perform
- Serve as a senior strategic voice in client conversations, articulating the value and impact of social
- Drive growth across paid, organic, creator and emerging platform innovation, including contributions to new business
- Integrate AI tools and emerging technologies to improve strategy, experimentation and operational efficiency
- Mentor and elevate social team members while shaping department processes and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 8+ years of experience in social strategy, ideally in an agency environment
- Proven ability to lead integrated paid and organic social programs
- Comfort flexing across industries, with the ability to shift between B2B and B2C brands while maintaining strategic rigor, platform fluency and audience nuance
- Experience managing or guiding significant paid social investment, ideally in B2C
- Ability to connect brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes
- Confidence leading client conversations and cross-functional teams
- Curiosity, cultural awareness and a clear POV on what great social looks like today
- Comfort working with and exploring AI tools to support innovation and efficiency

Compensation DetailsThe salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000.
Employees are eligible for a full package of traditional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
We are a hybrid work company (3 days/week in-office, 2 days/week remote is a typical week at broadhead) with Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and 401(k) matching.
In addition, we provide paid parental leave, performance-based bonuses, employee stipends, and gym access.
