IT Support Specialist Intern

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Handles moderately complex duties of troubleshooting and day to day.
* The responsibilities of this position are to provide first level support for all end user hardware and software issues
* This includes day-to-day support, application setup and troubleshooting of internal IT supported applications
* Troubleshoot PC hardware problems and provides basic PC hardware maintenance when needed
* May conduct IT classes for new hires and manage the setup of users onto various network based systems
* Performs other related duties as directed by the manager
* Manages day-to-day support of assigned infrastructure solutions and implements configuration changes recommended by IT Systems Engineers
* Handles moderately complex duties of troubleshooting and day to day.
* Provides analytical support and consultation to internal customers.
* Works from specifications to develop or modify hardware or software issues.
* Assists with designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents programs.
** Experience

Qualifications:

*** Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the internship
* Must have completed (at minimum) the sophomore year of college
* Must be able to work full-time during the duration of the internship program
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*** Ability to effectively coordinate projects across multiple departments
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to effectively present information in group settings
* Ability to independently research and troubleshoot to achieve objectives
* Ability to leverage emerging technologies, including AI and other digital tools
