As a Manager in the Asset Management practice, you will be responsible for:

* Leading project teams to deliver valuable insights, and design and implement business change across Asset Managers

* Leading workshops with key client stakeholders to drive innovative solutions across the business and technology

* Maintaining an understanding of advancements in Asset Manager business strategy, technology and innovations which are happening across the industry, and the broader financial services marketplace

* Understanding and influencing the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

* Bringing industry expertise to clients in the form of actionable recommendations

* Leading business development initiatives, including client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients

* Supporting the development of the practice by participating in initiatives around market research, Accenture Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

* 5+ years of industry experience or equivalent knowledge of the asset management industry

(i.e., operations, investment technology, compliance, alternatives etc.)

* Capable of working independently with limited oversight

* Strong communication skills and attention to detail

* Previous management consulting and business analysis experience required

* Entrepreneurial, independent, and highly motivated individual

* Knowledge of key industry platforms:
Sim Corp, Black Rock Aladdin, Eagle Pace or CRD a plus

* Alternatives, private investment, or sales distribution expertise a plus

* Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
