Machine Learning Solutions Architect - Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Machine Learning Solutions Architect (ML SA). In this role you will be the subject‑matter expert for designing AI/ML solutions for customers in the Americas, leveraging AWS services such as Amazon Sage Maker, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Lex, Amazon Kendra, Amazon Transcribe, Amazon Comprehend and Amazon Rekognition.

• Partner with SAs, Sales, Business Development and the AI/ML Service teams to accelerate customer adoption of AWS ML services for GenAI use cases.
• Evangelize AWS ML services and share best practices through blogs, white papers, reference architectures and speaking events.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS service teams to provide customer‑driven product improvement feedback.
• Develop and support an internal community of GenAI subject‑matter experts across the Americas.
• Work with customers’ development and data science teams to understand their business and technical needs and design solutions that maximize the use of AWS cloud and AI/ML services.

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data and analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
• Experience in a technical role within a sales organization.

• 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.
• Experience working with end-user or developer communities.
• Experience communicating across technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders.
• Experience architecting or operating solutions built on AWS.

Work can be based in any of the following cities:
San Jose, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, Austin, Dallas, Atlanta, Arlington.

Travel up to 50% across the USA may be required.
