As a Service Now Consultant, you will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to helping clients solve complex issues and achieve exceptional results. You are a self-driven professional who excels at driving successful implementations and maximizing the value of our Service Now platform. In this critical role, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Service Now solutions to streamline operations and improve user experience across the organization.
You will support our efforts in the energy and utilities industry to bring the world class platform to new and expanded use cases in the industry. You willleverageyour deep understanding of Service Now functionalities and best practices to create customized solutions that meet specific business needs.
- Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of Service Now technical and consulting services across the ITSM/ITOM, SPM, CSM, and FSM modules.
- Potentially support
GTM planning and solutioning for Energy and Utilities clientsthroughroadmapping, engagement with Service Now product teams, and driving industry solution development. - Partner with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and implement Service Now workflows, integrations, and customizations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team including providing day to day direction.
- Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development and deployment of Service Now solutions.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Service Now implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest Service Now features and industry trends.
- Support the interview, selection, and management of contractors, vendors, and development talent.
- Support pre-sales efforts through scoping, pricing, and demonstrations as appropriate.
- Participate in the scoping, pricing, anddemo’s during the sales process.
- Lead the development of Service Now apps that can be targeted at specific client needs, and then scaled for larger markets.
- 5+ Service Now Deployments
- 3+ ITSM/ITOM, CSM, Sales Order Management, Source2
Pay, or SPM Deployments - 5+ years of experience in the Service Now ecosystem (Partner or Direct Service Now)
- 7+ years of experience in technology
- Extensive experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Service Now Now Create methodology.
- Certified System Administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist –ITSM/ITOM, HRSD, SPM, CSM, FSM, or other
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to executives (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfort with handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments.
- Proven skills inidentifyingclient challenges and proposing solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively expand professional networks through strategic relationship building and engagement.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

The estimated salary range for this role is $123-212K annually. This range is unique to every candidate, and is based on skillset, years of experience, and breadth of knowledge. This may differ from location to location. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Company's discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall company performance.
