- Ensuring scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the development team and stakeholders; maximizing performance
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Experience leading scrum teams
- Strong project management skills
- Strong technical background
- Strong knowledge in people management
- Strong experience in client-facing roles and delivery management
CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certification
