Years of Experience Needed

8+ years

Technical Skills

Monitoring and improving the scrum process and project progress; helping solve impediments in the development process
Coaching the scrum team to apply appropriate processes to create successful products
Fostering self-organization and a collaborative scrum team; shielding the team from outside distractions to maintain focus on agreed sprint goals
Ensuring scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the development team and stakeholders; maximizing performance
Experience in Agile methodologies
Experience leading scrum teams
Strong project management skills
Strong technical background
Strong knowledge in people management
Strong experience in client-facing roles and delivery management

Certifications Needed

CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certification
