The Sr. Analyst, Reporting and Data Management will build reporting solutions and work with client‑facing teams, product team, and data engineers to unlock valuable insights for internal teams and clients. The role requires detail orientation, strong analytical skills, and a drive to support multiple work streams while emphasizing automation and scalability.

• Build effective, efficient reporting solutions at scale that connect to business needs, configuring templates to suit client requirements.
• Support stakeholder training and troubleshooting for reporting solutions.
• Ensure data quality and readiness across data solutions, collaborating with internal stakeholders and balancing scalability across a diverse client portfolio.
• Maintain best‑in‑class security and usability standards, support migration of existing clients to new reporting solution.
• Continuously improve existing reporting solutions to drive better insights, time savings, and confidence at scale.
• Collaborate across Client Services, Data Engineering, Measurement Solutions, Product, and Activate to understand user needs, create consistent reporting standards, and unlock value for team members and clients.
• Educate and train users on efficient use of tools and reports.
• Adopt and advocate for user‑centered design principles and media reporting best practices.
• Advocate to product on behalf of client needs to drive improvements to Ovative offerings.
• Drive client adoption and personal expertise in Tableau, Databricks, and other relevant tools with a “template‑first” mentality.
• Quantify impact and prioritize outcomes, using user‑centric insights to shape future reporting solutions.
• Act as a proactive manager of work, fostering open communication and 360‑degree feedback.

• 3+ years experience with paid media metrics and key performance indicators, knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution methods.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel experience and data visualization tools.
• Basic understanding of data warehousing and engineering concepts.
• Preferred:
  Business intelligence expertise (Tableau, GLS, etc.).
• Preferred:
  Working knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries; familiarity with Python or R.
• Preferred:
  Experience with Github/version control tools.

• Base salary range: $75,000 – $93,000.
• Inclusive of a 15% bonus.
• Compensation includes Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits.
