Role Overview

Confluence Specialist – Purple Drive, Minneapolis, MN

• Manage the overall Confluence platform, including user accounts, permissions, and site configuration.
• Set up and customize Confluence spaces for different projects and teams, organizing content with parent/child pages and labels.
• Design and create various page templates for different document types, establishing standards for content creation and page structure.
• Integrate Confluence with other tools such as Jira, Git Hub, and other business applications to streamline workflows.
• Develop and deliver training programs for stakeholders to effectively use Confluence and provide ongoing support.
• Advise teams on how to best utilize Confluence features, ensuring the platform is organized, accessible, and efficient for collaboration.

• Expert knowledge of Confluence and its features, including space customization, page creation, and permission management.
• Experience with Jira, especially its integration with Confluence for project management.
• Strong understanding of collaboration and documentation best practices.
• Ability to train users and provide clear guidance on platform usage.
• Experience evaluating content to provide insights for platform improvement.
• 6‑8 years of relevant experience.
