As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will provide technical troubleshooting support for employees, focusing on laptop hardware, software, and AV equipment in conference rooms. You will conduct research and resolution of incidents and service requests, monitor escalations, and update service documentation. Your goal is to deliver a superior customer experience through technical expertise and a customer-first mindset.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in providing technology support
- Foundational support knowledge of Microsoft OS:
Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite, VPN, network, hardware, peripherals, cyber security - Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize efficiently and adapt to changing work demands
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Customer-first mindset
- Associate's degree or IT learning accreditation/certificate
- Experience with Service Now Platform
