EAS Specialist III

Job Overview

Provide coaching, training and mentoring for coworkers and peers. Monitor and review production applications for performance and accuracy. Perform cooperative troubleshooting and analysis with Development, QA, and Support teams. Manage on-call support for a 24/7 production environment.

• Analyze trends in data and report anomalies.
• Prepare ITMS environment plans for releases and coordinate implementation of updates.
• Manage day-to-day operational activities and coordinate with the team as needed.
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to coworkers or peers.

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise application support or technical operations, managing resolution of business-critical and time-sensitive issues.
• 3+ years of experience with current Microsoft Server platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of administration and programming of MS SQL Server 2008+ in a production environment.
• 3+ years of experience with XML, HTTPS, .NET and client-server architecture.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and diagnosing software and network issues.
• Experience with Linux command-line interface.
• 3+ years of knowledge of network and systems administration.
• 3+ years of experience installing and upgrading enterprise applications.
• Document and maintain standard operation procedures (SOPs).
• Programming experience is a definite asset.

$60,000.00 - $66,000.00 annually, with potential commission or performance incentive. Base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and internal equity.
