About the Role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will develop advanced marketing measurement and modeling capabilities, including MMM and forecasting, and partner with business leaders, analysts, and scientists to deliver AI‑assisted marketing data science solutions that maximize profitable enterprise revenue and customer value for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical data science contributions in a high‑performance, multidisciplinary team, driving productivity, operational excellence, and business impact.
  • Drive technical advancement across measurement and modeling products, co‑owning model architecture, methodology, and feature development from proof‑of‑concept to production.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Product Management to scale measurement and modeling solutions into product and service offerings.
  • Contribute to product development cycles within an agile environment, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and translating research outputs into maintainable product features.
  • Provide mentoring, training, and development opportunities for junior data scientists.
  • Assist with technical aspects of business development, including RFP responses, sales, and conference presentations.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to understand stakeholder needs for trusted data science support.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in data science or a related quantitative field with a strong track record of delivering business value through technical innovation.
  • Experience contributing to product‑centric data science teams and translating research into scalable, maintainable product features.
  • Expertise in machine learning, advanced statistical modeling, and optimization algorithms, with hands‑on experience in time‑series modeling and forecasting, Bayesian/Media Mix Modeling, linear algebra, and advanced statistical modeling.
  • Strong coding skills in Python (object‑oriented programming) and R (statistical programming) with industry best practices for scalable, maintainable code.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead conversations with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience; ability to guide junior team members and influence cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Technical Qualifications
  • Experience with optimization solvers such as Gurobi or Pyomo, and familiarity with gradient‑based, convex, and greedy methods.
  • Experience with attribution modeling and integrating AI‑assisted development practices into data science workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment practices (AWS, GCP, Azure), MLOps pipelines, and containerization.
  • Strong business acumen within digital and traditional marketing domains, with ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $90,000–$132,000, inclusive of a 20% annual bonus. Total compensation ranges from $90,000 to $132,000, with actual offers based on relevant experience and anticipated impact.
