Job Overview
Lead UX design initiatives within Service Now by integrating user-centered design practices across the full development lifecycle, conducting user research, and collaborating with product managers and engineers to align with business goals.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human-Computer Interaction design, Computer Science, or related field
- 5-7 years of required work experience
- 3+ years experience in UX design, UX engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in industry-standard UX tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure)
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Java script, Angular framework used by Service Now)
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design best practices
- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
