Salesforce Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead architecture discussions and technical solutioning.
• Define best practices for Salesforce development and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and project managers.
• Design integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Ensure platform performance, security, and data integrity.
• Review code and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Support CI/CD and Dev Ops practices within Salesforce ecosystem.
• Prepare technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce security model and governance limits. Familiarity with Dev Ops, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system design. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System/Technical Architect).
• Experience with Mule Soft or other integration platforms.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Nice to Have:
  Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce environments. Knowledge of AI/automation within Salesforce ecosystem. Industry domain expertise (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, etc.).
